6. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We accept cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments

Refunds

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund consideration
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Cryptocurrency payments may have different refund policies

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

7. Lab Environments

  • Lab sessions are provided for educational use only
  • Sessions may have time limits and usage restrictions
  • Do not attempt to access other users' lab environments
  • We reserve the right to monitor lab usage for security
  • Abusive or malicious lab use will result in account termination

8. Certificates

  • Certificates are awarded upon course/learning path completion
  • Certificates are digitally signed and verifiable
  • Certificates may be revoked for terms violations
  • Certificates are for personal use and verification

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and support Tor users.
